My last meeting
by PoppyR inso last night we had the last book study at our house, next week all the congregations change around and i asked for it to be moved.
so i sat in on it, and afterwards we had a bit of a 'party'.
felt quite emotional really, although i haven't answered for a long time i put my hand up to read a scripture just so i could mark the last time i did this.

unconditional love
by John Doe ini'm rather sick of hearing the term "unconditional love.
" there is no such thing.
love must be earned--it is not something given with no strings attached.

I'm sure that my dog's love is based on the fact that I have been his caregiver for as long as he's been alive. I feed him, give him excercise, treats, pats, etc. He looks to me for his survival. But it's still love.

I disagree John Doe. I know without any shred of doubt that my dog loves me.

What is it with JW kids and wanting to ride things that shouldn't or wouldn't be ridden. I wanted to ride a killer whale and waterski behind a team of dolphins. WTF?

Did you watch the extended editions? These are by far better than the theatrical releases. They each have 45 minutes to over an hour of extra footage. That's a whole 'nother movie! Most of the added scenes are really cool and enhance the movies a great deal.
